1. Keep metal surfaces as clean as possible.The accumulation of dirt or dust on metal contributes to the corrosion of impact crusher.
2. Keep metal products away from moisture.
3. Apply suitable lubricants to impact crusher to seal out moisture.
4. Remove grease, oil and dirt regularly with the appropriate cleaning agent.

6. The contact surface between the flywheel and shaft should have enough preservatives.
7. If the movable jaw plate has been removed from the rack, enough grease should be coated into the seals to prevent debris into the bearing block.
8. Check the paint of impact crusher regularly and repair it if necessary.
